​PLANNING BOARD

The Planning Board maintains the Zoning Bylaws

It meets as needed and when requested to endorse surveyed plan layouts of new or
existing lots as required by the Registry of deeds.  It also reviews building lot layouts as
part of the process to obtain a Building Permit.   Please call the Chair to request a meeting.
