The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Town.  Some, but not all, responsibilities include funneling information to the appropriate departments, committees and boards; attending Selectboard meetings to take minutes and follow through from directives issued at the meetings; coordinating preparation of annual Town reports; preparing all Town meeting warrants; preparing Town budgets which are under the purview of the Selectboard; implementing fiscal year appointments; as well as enacting the goals and policies set forth by the Selectboard.
